Your tasks will be

• identifying and contacting new potential customers in Europe in collaboration with the founder of SAILMATE
• collaboration with other crew members
• creating and customizing presentations and other marketing material
• preparing social media posts according to SAILMATE´s strategy
• bringing in new ideas and discussing them with SAILMATE´s captains
• customer relationship management

• have hands-on mentality
• have very good skills in German, English or Dutch language (oral and written)
• are interested in working in a start-up environment
• regard work as motivation even in demanding situations
• have skills in social media and direct marketing
• have a sound economic education and understanding
• have a good understanding of managing projects
• are a team player
